Randy is CEO and Founder, and a serial entrepreneur, having successfully developed businesses in real estate, network marketing, and e-commerce. Randy's vision, passion and enthusiasm for the potential of the wireless industry, led him six years ago to create and file patents in this arena for mobile advertising, marketing and shopping--well before these concepts were accepted or even understood.

Gary has sold technology products for the past 24 years, with over 12 years experience in wireless sales. He was involved in the early rollouts of RIM's Blackberry and Handspring's Treo, and has worked with numerous other wireless technologies from such companies as Motorola, Arch Wireless and Sprint.

Tim brings strong business experience in finance and marketing. He began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and then Fluor Corporation. Tim also served as Chief Operating Officer of a national business development and sales training company. Later, Tim went on the start successful companies in direct marketing, Internet, and retail. Tim sees wireless advertising and marketing as the next big thing and is passionate about helping Hothand become a dominant player.

Mike Duke - Technology
Mike has worked with computer technology and programming for 20 years. Early in his career he integrated computer technology into the business practices of several oil companies. For Compaq Computers in Houston, Texas he performed workstation R&D and programmed low level computer components. For several years Mike was Director of Development at Intelligraphics.

Steve Nathan – Technical Advisor
Steve Nathan is currently CEO of Parity Computing, A San Diego based data analytics company focused on applications in science, technology, and medicine. He is also on the Board of Directors for Exist Global where he was formerly CEO. Steve’s 20+ years of leadership experience in the enterprise software and application development industries also includes key positions at recognized technology innovators such as Sun Microsystems and Cray Research, as well as start-ups such as Celerity Computing and Alignent Software. Nathan holds BS Degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and Psychology from the University of California at Riverside and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive masters in business administration program.
